  • Meet with clients to determine their search criteria and budget

  • Review both parties duties and responsibilities during the Realtor and Buyer relationship

STEP 1 - INITIAL MEETING

  • Set up Property email search so you receive properties as they hit the market

  • Preview properties on behalf of buyer

  • Detailed walkthrough with buyer on the desired properties

  • Answer all questions and provide detailed information on all properties of interest

STEP 2 - START THE SEARCH

  • Prepare market analysis in area to determine the offer price

  • Explain the purchase contract terms to the Buyer and the offer process moving forward from this point.  Address any questions.

  • Advise on which terms and conditions need to be added to the contract to best protect the buyers interest through the purchase process

  • Pull property title for review prior to preparing the offer

  • Confirm the property tax amount for the property with the Town of Canmore

  • Prepare purchase agreement package (contract) for signatures

STEP 3 - PREPARING OFFERS

  • Present buyers offer to listing agent

  • Respond/negotiate counter offer / contract amendments 

  • Strategically prepare any new count offers

  • Collect Deposits from Buyer and provide them to the listing brokerage

  • Organize, schedule and attend any Inspections, appraisals and document reviews for the Buyer

  • Provide buyer will all information pertaining to ownership of new property including Utility companies, insurance companies, property management companies, Canmore schools and more
