With enough land to develop for the next 10 to 15 years, this is where we expect to see the most growth for development once the economy bounces back. Three Sisters hosts the Stewart Creek Golf Course, the Catholic School, and the Francophone School.
THREE SISTERS
The largest area of town boasting apartments, townhomes and single family homes.


Built for first-time homebuyers back in the late 1990s, this is another great family Canmore neighborhood. Mostly single-family homes and townhomes were built in the shadow of Ha Ling Peak, this neighborhood has some incredible views of the north side mountains. There are lots of children in this area of town and it’s ideally located close to Quarry Lake and the Canmore beach.
PEAKS OF GRASSI
A fantastic family neighbourhood with beautiful Northside views.


Just to the West of Peaks of Grassi lies Quarry Pines, a Canmore neighborhood of large half duplexes. A quieter part of town and again with some incredible views of the north side of the valley. This neighborhood was built at a similar time to Peaks of Grassi and is located close to Quarry Lake and the Highline Trail system.
QUARRY PINES
Quieter part of town with fantastic Northside views of the Valley.


Carey is another mature Canmore neighborhood with wide streets, private lots and plenty of natural landscaping keeping this neighbourhood in touch with the surrounding forest. Moving through Carey and back towards the Bow River, the Homesteads is a neighbourhood of half duplexes and single family homes. The closer you are to the river, the larger and more exclusive the homes.
HOMESTEAD/CAREY
Great family neighbourhood located close to Quarry Lake and the Nordic Centre.


This small neighbourhood is bathed in all day sunlight and has easy access to Down Town Canmore and the TransCanada highway to Calgary and Banff. Comprised mostly larger Single Family homes although there are a few town homes in the neighbourhood Benchalnds Terrace is a favourite of locals and within an easy walk of Cougar Creek, hiking trails, restaurants and coffee shops.
BENCHLANDS
Benchlands Terrace neighbourhood looks out over Canmore with panoramic views of the entire Valley.


Located to the west of Quarry Pines and within a stone's throw of the Canmore Nordic Centre lies the sub-division of Rundleview. Another Canmore neighborhood surrounded by nature and mature green space, this sub-division has both town homes and large single-family homes ranging in age from 1982 to 1998.
RUNDLEVIEW
Fantastic community, close to the trail network, sought after neighbourhood.


This Frank Kernick development is a higher density development consisting of apartment style condos and townhomes. Over the next 10 to 15 years, Spring Creek Mountain Village will develop into its own community. Very close to main street and the downtown core and surrounded by Policeman’s Creek and Spring Creek, the apartments have been built to maximize the views from each room.

Primarily an area of apartment-style condos, properties in this district tends to have underground parking where you can park the car on a Friday night, walk to all amenities for the weekend and jump back in the car on Sunday to go home. Central to everything in Canmore, this area is a great place to live if walking everywhere is important to you.
TOWN CENTRE
Canmore Town Centre, prime location with lots of amenities all within walking distance.


Located to the East of Main Street, this Canmore neighbourhood is ideally located close to all Canmore has to offer. A short walk to shopping, trails, parks, grocery stores, the Bow River and the new Canmore Recreation Centre, Elevation Place. Properties in this neighbourhood range from townhomes and duplexes to small Miner’s homes and newer, state of the art luxurious single-family homes. Land in this neighbourhood ranges from single-family lots to R2 (duplex lot) and R4 (four-plex)
SOUTH CANMORE
A great place to invest in Real Estate, with close proximity to Downtown.


Golf Course living minutes away from downtown Canmore. This Canmore neighborhood has townhomes, duplexes, and large single-family homes. Homes range in age from 1995 to the present day. There are still some incredibly good building lots available in this neighborhood. Silvertip boasts some of the best views of the south mountain ranges in the whole Canmore.
SILVERTIP

Great family Canmore neighborhood located just to the east of Silvertip and very close to Cougar Creek and all of its amenities. Townhomes and large single-family homes make up the majority of dwellings and homes here range in age from 1995 for a couple of the townhome complexes up to 2010 for some of the single family homes.
EAGLE TERRACE

Located on the north side of Canmore, Cougar Creek is a very family friendly neighbourhood with close proximity to Elizabeth Rummel School. These homes are primarily built in the late 80's early 90's and is a true favourite of Canmore locals.
COUGAR CREEK
Perfect for families, close to schools, restaurants, and the trail network.


Located very close to the Nordic Centre, Hospital Hill is a great community for those who would like to be close to downtown but not central. You are close to bus routes, Bow River and 10 minute walk to Main Street.
HOSPITAL HILL

Located to the West of the downtown core, Lions Park is a mature, well-established Canmore neighborhood close to shopping, trails, the Bow River, and restaurants. Primarily a single-family home neighbourhood with homes ranging in age from the early 1960s to the present day.

West of the downtown core, Lions Park is a mature, well-established Canmore neighbourhood.


Further West than Lions Park lies the Larch area town. A mix of manufactured and single-family homes, this mature Canmore neighborhood has some fantastic cul-de-sacs that back onto the town’s trail system, the Canmore Golf & Curling Club, and the Bow River. Homes range in age from the late 1970s to the present day.
