These neighborhoods each possess their own unique blend of amenities and character, making it vital to discover the ideal fit for your lifestyle. Comprised mostly of larger Single-family homes and a few townhomes, Benchlands sits high up on the sunny side of the Bow Valley. With easy access to the TransCanada highway, traveling to nearby towns is easy and convenient. Within walking distance are amenities, including local restaurants and coffee shops such as The Iron Goat and Summit Cafe.


Canmore's Bow Valley Trail provides a perfect place for any investor looking to make a sound investment in Canmore! This neighborhood is typically zoned for visitor accommodation.
