Canmore housing market - Comparing May 2023 to May 2022, sales are down by 35%, but the average home price is up by 17% and the average square ft price is up by 4%. Properties are sitting on the market for 7% longer compared to last year.
Looking back at the active listings in June from 2023 - 2019 (pre-pandemic), June 2023 is at a record low for active listings, with 85 on the market in Canmore.
